Dissemble, Refurbish, Repair, Rebuild

We meticulously disassemble the alternator/starter, thoroughly inspecting each component to identify faults. Faulty parts are promptly replaced with high-quality OEM components. Every remaining part undergoes a rigorous three-step refurbishment process: degreasing, derusting, and painting. Once all components are in top condition, we rebuild the unit to its original OEM specifications, ensuring proper assembly and lubrication for optimal performance.

We take the alternator/starter apart completley from scratch
inspect each element from inside out, and identify the faulty parts, where we replace them with brand new quality oem parts,
Every other working part undergoes a vigorous 3 step refurbishing process where degreasing, derusting, and painting will be done.
Lastly after each individual part is derusted degreased , and in tip top shape , we then begin the rebuild process, where we add our lubrication and reassemble the part to it's original OEM specifications ensuring the part is assembled appropriately.
